Joined Machshava Tova in 2008 as the Talpiyot Technology Center Coordinator, and Volunteer Coordinator. In 2011, she was appointed Chief Project Officer and in 2013, became Machshava Tova's CEO. Ornit has an MA in Nonprofit Management from the Hebrew University and a BA in Learning Disabilities and Psychology from the Tel Hai Academic College.
Joined Machshava Tova in 2005 as a computer course instructor. In 2007 he was appointed the Mobile Computer Unit Director and in 2010 became Chief Financial Officer. Ohad is a Microsoft Certified Communication Network and Information Systems Engineer (MCSE).
Joined Machshava Tova in 2016 as Director of Development with a BA and an MBA in Business Administration from the College of Management Academic Studies. She has extensive management experience in diverse industries and a background in technology assimilation, project management and work methods.
Joined Machshava Tova in 2011 as a youth instructor in the Eco-Tech project, and since then took part in the development of the instruction system and the coordination of volunteers. In January 2016, Sari was appointed Director of the Instruction Department. She has an MA in sociology and organizational studies, and a BA in sociology and psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Joined Machshava Tova in 2011 as the Eco-Tech Program Coordinator. Through her work in managing the program, she has created valuable connections with businesses and companies, and in 2013 was apppointed Director of Partner Relations. She has a BA in Business Administration and LLB in Law. In 2009 she became a certified attorney by the Israeli Bar Association.
Joined Machshava Tova in 2015 as Director of Activities. As of 2017, Ofir is managing a growing new field in the organization - development of partnerships with the government, and managment of recruiting and training of personnel. Ofir holds a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from Ben-Gurion University and is certified as a Group Facilitator by the Tel Aviv University.
Joined Machshava Tova in 2016 and serves as the Director of Activities, and as such is directly responsible for managing the Machshava Tova team at the centers of activity. Avigail holds a BA in geography and education from Ben-Gurion University, and an MA in non-profit management from the Hebrew University. Has a certificate as a Group Facilitator by the Zippori Institute for Group Facilitators Training.
